60 minute walk. I won't be on the site for a week so keep posting your workouts. I'll be focusing on running/walking/swimming as well as calisthenics, shadowboxing and rowing.

Friday: 5 miles at the track, walked another 1 mile in our neighborhood
Saturday: Loaded and unloaded a rather large Snap-on toolbox from our truck...
Sunday: Went hiking /light rock climbing at Long Shoals
Today: Mental workout, processing a Monday, dealing with meetings, and other BS

1. Alternating Lunges (20) 10 each leg
2. Dumbell press 15
3. Squat Jumps (15)
4. Triceps Dips (10)
5. Air Squats (20)
6. Plank (30 Seconds)
7. Jumping Jacks with 10lb weights in hand 15
8. Russian Twist (20)

Well I put off legs till this morning before work... burned them good, puked 20 minutes into it, then got a migraine...lol

Deadlifts and squats, some lunges to warm up.

Air Squat – 3 sets of 20 (1 minute rest between sets)
Hip Thrust – 4 sets of 12 (1 minute rest between sets)
Barbell Straight Leg Deadlift – 3 sets of 15 (1 minute rest between sets) 3 second lowering
Dumbbell Reverse Lunges – 3 sets of 10 (1 minute rest between sets)
Split Squats – 3 sets of 12 (1 minute rest between sets)

Cardio:

1mile run

BJJ training tonight
