I'm not feeling the electric exhaust cutout idea.

4# lower and tuning is usually good for just shy of the 400/500 mark. You should see 380 RWHP/490 RWT.

im doing the cut outs because of the cops!!! and to keep the truck sleeper style trust me , my other car is a 10sec wrx and it has a 4" cut out , stock exhaust and even cat, when i open it , is funny to see peoples faces... but the main concern are cop tickets. what else should i do to hit the 400whp

6# lowers usually make in the area of 410 RWHP/515 RWT. I recommend upgrading the MAF with either a 4# or 6# lower.

thanks for bringing that up the maf on the 2002 is supossed to be 90mm i need to replace the maf or the dimenssions???

with a 6# lower most people run a MAF extender such as a Diablosport MAFia or a SCT MAF altogether

I had a CAI, mid pipe, and 6lb lower but with a safe tune made 391/494. I really haven't seen to many people hitting 400/500 with a 4lb lower. I think you'll see around 380/490 mark. Also i didn't need a mafia or sct maf until i ported my SC and went with a 8lb lower. But get atleast a MAFia, just incase.
