Im getting front 18x9 saleen rims and 18x10 backs what tire size will give me that nice low profile look. Should i go with something like 265/35/18 in front and 295/35/18 in back or is that too big. Give me ideas guys i need your help.

Stick with a 275 for the front like the car came with stock, for the rear I wouldn't go any lower than a 295. If you're wanting a drag radial a 305 would look really nice.

I would do 275/35/18 in front with at least a 305/35/18 in rear. Or a 315/30/18 Nitto Drag Radial.

depends on what tire you go with. I have 18x9 and 18x10 fr500's. I went with 275 35zr18 and 295 35 zr18 in the rear with bf goodrich kdw2. They run pretty big and looks great with that low profile look. Now if you went Nitto you could bump that up to 305 because they run small. either way a staggered setup is a good way to go.

Yeah the 295 is also as big as BFG makes the KDW in unless you move up to a drag radial. That's what I plan on buying for my staggered Bullitt wheels I have in my garage.

I was thinking about maybe getting Toyo Ultra High Performance Radials. do they run small or would 275/35/18 front and 295/35/18 rear look good?

That sizing is good I would say if you're not running a drag radial on the rear, if you were I would say go 305 on the rear. Tires really kind of come down to a personal preference as far as brand goes. For me, I've always been a BFG person. Had a set of Toyos on my dad's Cooper S and wasn't pleased, but like I said it's more of a personal preference.

295 on rears at least. I got a deal on some 285's and I hate them!! Way too small in my opinion. Should have just spent the extra $ and done it right.

Oh well, live and learn...don't make same mistake I did.

I agree. I saw some 285s on a 10" rim and it just DID NOT look right. The stretched look goes great for Euro cars, not ours.

I got 265/35/18 Nitto 555's and 305/35/18 Nitto RII's.. I think this setup looks great on the 18x9 and 18x10 combo!

I had 275/35/18's on my old 18x9's and was also happy with the look.

The authentic Saleen cars came with Pirelli PZero tires 265/35/18 up front on the 18x9 and 295/35/18 out back with the upgraded 18x10 rear wheels. When mine were worn out they were replaced with the same sizes in BFG KDW2. They're the perfect sizes IMO.
