What lightweight race batteries are you guys using at the track? I have the factory battery under the hood still and im looking into a lightweight replacement.

Do you have any problems running it at the track? What CCA does it have, my only concern is getting a strong one thats capable with powering the IC pump while in the pits cooling down.

Thats a nice looking battery, and the price is good too. But it doesnt show any power stats, just says it is rated for street cars.
Some nice batteries also, but what is the most used model for a V8. All the batteries I looked at are for a import of some kind?
no you have to hit what engine size you have and it will tell you what its used for.

yep, they have even lighter ones too. down to 6.6lbs :beer:
