just purchased a terminator that has a 2.2 kenne bell (gen 2 i believe). It currently has a 3.5" pulley on it and the lower is still stock. I'd like to make 600rwhp or as close to it as possible on 93 octane pump gas. The car has a sct ba2600 maf, kenne bell bap, and 60# injectors. What pulley set up will get me close to 600? i've done some searches and i've seen 3.0/2lb or 3.25/4lb suggested. From what i've read either of those set ups will be around 19 psi. Is that safe on the kenne bell 2.2 or will that over spin the blower? Also is kenne bell the only place that I can purchase a new pulley for the blower?

also I will be running either the 3.0/2lb or 3.25/4lb with four billetflow idlers (3 100mm's and a 92mm). What length belt should I go with? any suggestions would be appreciated.

Here is a pic of the blower. can anyone confirm that this a a gen2 2.2?

Get the SN off the blower, call or email KB and find out what it is.

That looks just like my 2.8, it's very tough to tell what it is by a picture. I was making 612hp with 3.75"/2lb lower.

The A is the number for the 2.6.
I have the same setup and you should be just around 600 rwhp.
As stated it makes 18 psi.

thank you for the info. saves me from
having. to buy a lower pulley. do you have billetflow idlers? what size belt would i need to buy with the 3.5 pulley, billetflow idlers and stock lower

also if i went to. 3.25 pulley how much boost would i be making at that point

and one last question is kenne bell the only place to buy pulleys for these blowers? i’ve looked around online and can’t seem to find them anywhere

Thanks again

I have no extra idlers and no belt slip, just like your setup now.
You are pushing the limits with 93 octane if you up the boost from were you are now, in my opinion not worth the extra 30-40 hp.

If you want more you should go big and tune it for e85.
