Considering how much energy is simply lost in the Fox4's platform's drivetrain and horrendous chassis flexing, and how much fails to be put down by the incredibly inefficient nose heavy/quad shock binding lame design, the extra 100 lbs does not hurt the car at all. Power delivery is much more linear, driving an 04 GT again after spending time in an 05 makes it feel like it is made completely out of rubber.

I thought Whipple was quoting 500hp from the twin screw?? Its a Mach manual short block, so it should jive with Mach performance numbers when blown. The VVT 3V head flows about the same for the most part, a little lost up top exchanged for a little more down low.
