What is this car worth?

Unfortunately I don't have pics but it's a 89' GT silver convertible with 76k miles on it, all original with new top and is in pretty mint condition. Just wondering what you guys think something like this would be worth.

He's asking $5000 for it and I'm thinking of pulling the trigger but I'm kind of holding off for another Terminator.

Is it worth it, I'd say yes and then some. I'm also assuming the whole car is in great mechanical shape and very close to stock or mods that tasteful and look to be installed correctly, in a professional way. I'd make sure it has never been wrecked as that kinda seems a little low almost.
