I've ran Motive390s for almost 2 years now and have literally ZERO whine. I had them professionally installed with Royal purple synthetic and they have been awesome thus far! I personally believe they are the perfect gear on the street for a daily driver as they allow you great acceleration while still maintaining highway cruising manners.
With that said however, a friend of mine installed Richmond 390s on his Mach and they howled like no other.
