What do you guys think this engine is worth?

I have a 302 Mod Max built 2003 mustang gt engine. It was built in 2007 installed in the initial owners car for 5000 miles. I purchased it and had it in my 1998 procharged gt car for less than 100 miles in 2012. It has been sitting on engine stand since. I have the invoice when he built it. Was built to handle 900 HP with most ARP hardware. The heads have stage one port job with ferrea valves and stock gt cams. It has 8 rib conversion with thump racing tensioner and innovations west harmonic damper. Also has meziere electric water pump and Canton oil pan.

Sell as is and how much? Or part out and sell? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Has about $3,500 in parts in engine and $1,500 in labor in engine alone, not including all outside accessories.
