Think it's time to order new tires for the vert. Tread is like new, but they look shot. Maybe that's why it feels rough and car feels bouncy at low speeds.

How old are those tires?
I'm not sure, bought the car with these on. The car also has rear disc brake upgrade. I took it for a little drive this evening and I hear a constant chirp/squeak coming from the driver's rear wheel.

I haven't investigated it yet.

Tires will have a production date code on them (if they are newer than 2000, if older will be 3 digits). The 1st 2 numbers are the week of production, 2nd is the year. Will only be on one side of the sidewall, so you might have to check more than one tire, if the code happens to be on the inside.

Adjusted the coil-overs on my suspension and readjusted camber for these wheels to tuck a bit better on bumps. First real drive without hitting up front. Actually quite impressed how these fit.

Did a nice cruise this labor day weekend. Car has really come together well. Engine is running good. Suspension is tight, handles like a go kart, stops on a dime and looks sharp. My favoritie feature by far is the ice cold R12-filled AC. This car may have the best AC out of my entire fleet.

Did you buy NOS R12 AC components?

I sourced the parts years ago. I pulled the AC off this car back in 1997 and regretted it, so I started buying up the parts to put it back a long time ago. I only recently got the knowledge and opportinity to put it back on properly. It's all NOS ford lines, and i rebuilt my compressor myself. It was a scratch built-system pretty much set up from the beginning for R12, as I have a decent supply of it. Maybe 20 pounds of so.

I set it up 2+ years ago and it still puts out sub-40degree vent temps on hot humid days.

Painted my calibers to match the car. The paint color was spot on if you need touch up I highly recommend scratches happened. Shipping was quick.

I like those Recaro seats. With the fabric, they definitely look good in a Fox.

That looks like a much more livable recaro with the less aggressive lower bolstering. That's the one thing I hate about mine is the bolstering is too aggressive. You have to lift yourself up and over the bolster to get in.

Yeah I didn't want a super aggressive seat but more of a comfortable cruising seat.
