Ironic that you asked me that. I've ALWAYS been a huge proponent of gutting the system if replacing the head unit, but this particular one has a really nice tuning mechanism. It still sounds like ass compared to a custom system, but good enough for a car that is a weekend player for speed. I used the typical Metra harness for the 2003 and just used the sub output to power the Mach 460 amps. Turn the amp option on in the sound interface and turn the loud option off, tuned the frequencies and it's decent. Same as stock, I'd say. The biggest gripe I have about the radio is the ability to only connect to one BT device at a time. I like being able to stream from my phone or even make a phone call if I have to, so I'm ordering a USB OBD2 and hoping it will work. We'll see how that goes. The GPS works well and uses Google Maps, but I figure I'll just use my phone if I ever need to map something in the car. I was thinking the GPS would help with stuff like automatic volume, etc, etc. Still have to tinker with that stuff. It has a nice wifi antenna that has a good range. Oh...the clock. I can't get the clock to stay set. Keeps resetting to the correct time, but GMT, not adjusting to my location or even staying set with a manual setting. Keep in mind, this is my first ever Android device and the interface and firmware are custom for this company. It comes with a backup camera, which I'm not using. I'm either doing the trunk key camera or I have a behind-the-license plate camera that I may use. Just a matter of how I can snake the wires without drilling anything.
