Hey everyone I need your help on what color to paint my calipers? I have a black 03 cobra, I was thinking either red, blue, or black? But any help would be greatly appreciated...thanks.

i think black would go unnoticed maybe. It would be good and subtle though.

blue might be cool

i think red would look better though.

my neighbor has florescent green calipers on his black GT (late 90's model). I see him out there occaisionally with the wheels off cleaning them up :)

or you could try for the mystic ;)

Red always looks good. I'm thinking of painting mine a bright metallic silver and then paint the letters black.

What color is your car? Red typically looks the best, but yellow is good too, depending on your color. Yellow in a sonic or a torch would look good.

Eastwood company has caliper paint in black, yellow, red, blue. I was thinking about the yellow paint, but not sure if the yellow they have will look good. Seems kind of dark.

Red gives a touch of color to a black car, without looking ricy. Many aftermarket brakes on cars have red calipers so the color looks more purposefull then like a "mod". My bro has a black bullitt and they look great red.

here is a pic in red. I know some have painted them with "caliper" paint, but I went the labor intensive way and removed, blasted, primered, and painted with glasurit. Also, when I worked at Porsche/Ferrairi, we would remove stock Brembos and paint them with Imron after a cleaning and scuff.
This paint is over 2 years old and is still perfect, although dirty.
Sorry bout the huge pic.

Red, red, red.... Red's the sharpest caliper color. And don't forget to do the caliper holders too.

paint the holders black to contrast with the red. Both red looks cheezey...IMO.
