WET or DRY SHOT, that is the question?

I have a 2000 L, I have looked into all the performance mods and to make a little improvment NOS seems to be my answer, in a few years I want to install, or should I say have jim install a short block with pistons and rods kit and big blower, so I have to save some serious cash, so I was just wondering what the difference of the too are and which would be best for me?

P.S. I want a 75 shot!

I'd go wet just for the sake of knowing it would be getting enough fuel that way. Plus a wet kit hits harder initially.
