Yes I switched to the 2010 GT brake rotors. Shipping the wheels and tires together will be expensive. I can check, Zip code?

Shouldn't be that bad. It would be best to do the rears individually. Cut out (4) pieces of cardboard equal to the diameter of the tire, place (2) pieces on each side, and then shrink wrap the entire wheel/tire. As light as they are, it should be reasonable.

GLWS and your car looks great with the set up.
