Weird noise associated with TOB

Ok so there is a noise that sounds like something is rattling under the car. I tightened all the bolts from the header flange all the way to the catback. I have the dreaded TOB going out and have the noise with it. But this a noise that i only have when i starting to pull off. It tinks like an exhaust leak but there is none. Could it be another noise with the TOB? I am pulling the Tranny on Thursday so we will see what happens. If yall can get me any help before that, that would be great.

When my TOB went bad it was only while I was in neutral, but there may be another noise that I am not aware of.
