I just recently installed Dual Interceptors and wide band from Aeroforce (Bosch sensor is not hook up yet for the W/B). I noticed that the Door Ajar sound has drastically changed in tone - it almost sounds like it has a distortion pedal on it or something :shrug: I tried to troubleshoot the problem by unplugging my OBD2 connector for the Scan Gauges, and by removing the Add-a-Circuits and ground connection for the W/B. None of these did the trick.
I did some Googling and it seems these alarms are notorious for problems, but I didn't see any complaints about the chime sound itself. Where does this sound come from? I realize this is insignificant, but quite annoying. Any help would be appreciated. BTW, I want to thank Brad (03cobra#694), Todd (forcefedjunkie) and John (WS6JJP) for answering my install questions.
