[QUOTE="Dirks9901, post: 16606366, member: 34387"] At the risk of sounding dumb I am wondering if anyone can confirm this. 2014 GT500, stock other than an axle back and FRPP res delete. Last October I picked up the car, had it checked by Ford. All is good. I did notice that the coolant level was 1/8 of an inch bellow the cool range so I added some to get it back within the cold range (about the middle). I ended up bringing the car back for a coolant/intercooler flush on it as well because it was dirt cheap. The level was very close to where I left it Last weekend I got the car out for the first time since last October. Changed the oil and a few other odds and ends. After checking the oil the following day I noticed the coolant it was down again about 1/4 inch from where I filled it last year. I don't see any evidence of it leaking anywhere, no white smoke, runs great yada yada. Took a look at the cap and the seals look ok but are turning white so I ordered a new one just because. I plan on doing a coolant pressure test this week just to make sure it passes. My question, does the coolant level fluctuate this much on these? I understand coolant expands and contracts with temp, but I have owned quite a few performance cars (ford and different brands) from stock to heavily modified and rarely do I see any movement in coolant levels or need to add any.
