Currently I'm running a non-intercooled vortec v2 with the stock 3.6" pulley. I am installing a cx racing intercooler and want to target around 10psi - hoping to get some first hand experience from someone with pulley size recommendations. I'm thinking of going with a 3.33" to start instead of a 3.125".

Anyone here that can chime in with any help would be greatly appreciated.

I made 16 with an intercooler and a 2.8", figure roughly 1lb per 0.1"

I was a procharger guy when I had my two valve. My D1SC head unit had a 3.85 pulley and it made 12 pounds at 6200 RPM through a 4 inch intercooler.

My reference is Vortech v2 and 3.125” with Paxton intercooler, I typically seen 10-11psi at 6k rpms.

On 50-60* days it would go up to 13psi. So be aware in cooler air temps the boost will go up.
