Just an update & review for posterity. It seems others have had similar issues so I hope this will help someone in the future. After fighting a hard pedal problem and trying multiple ways to hook up the aspirator. I went back over everything related to the brakes making sure nothing was pinched or loose. When I plugged "Hose 2A" Boom everything was normal So off to NAPA I went and bought some plugs. Here is the way that worked for me. I reused the brake booster hose but cut it to fit. For Hose 1A I used a new straight 3/8 vacuum line. Make sure to plug the CAI.
