I have an 11 GT500 that I am going to install a Gen1 on. What combo of parts will I need to hit 650rwhp? I already have 2.5 pulley on it now, but will it get me there? I am going with an off road H pipe with stock manifolds. Also can I just do 72# injectors without a bap?

2009 GT500, Ford Racing TVS (almost identical to VMP gen 1), with slight port matching at the elbow intake.
Steeda CAI, 67mm VMP TB, VMP high flow elbow, 2.5 pulley, 56lb injectors (for safety, not required, no BAP).

654 whp dynoed, 91 octane, Superflow dyno, VMP tune.

So yes it can get you there. The reality is that flow rates with this these kinds of supporting mods is pretty similar for the 2.3 TVS series up to the gen2R or Gen3 where you see real world increases and a much higher potential "peak" HP with additional upgrades.
