Chuck really stepped up and got me taken care of. It's easy to beat a company up but refrain from acknowledging their efforts to resolve the situation. I wanted to express how he did take that opportunity to do so. Based of other people who I spoke with concerning their customer service Chuck and Paul done a good job on fixing the situation for me.
