The guy who used to own basically all of the Burger King stores in PWC was a huge car guy. Pro racing, whole 9. He was a member of the Bull Run Street Rods car club and hosted a cruise-in at that BK for almost 2 decades. Most of the lot was owned/leased by Swirlies for some time, but they worked together well. He sold his business and retired. The new owners had a huge fight with the guy who owns Swirlies because he was steeling electricity from BK for years, and only found out during a remodel last year. After that the owner of Swirlies blocked off his lot. Since that happened, the Bull Run Street Rods stopped going. So now its just unorganized groups and individuals just kind of showing up once in awhile. Some days its great. Some days it sucks. The best one I have been to is D&D at Dulles Landing (intersection of 50 and Loudoun County Parkway). They guy who owns the D&D, is a car guy (69 Camaro and a Hummer). Its every Sunday, regardless of weather, year round. Cars And Coffee Dunkin Donuts Dulles Landing South Riding Va Cool! The club doesn't do much track stuff these days. Mostly cruises, parades, etc.
