Well guys here it is, the time has come for this to surface and be let go to someone who will truly appreciate it and hopefully use it. This is one of the original prototype's from the FT-402/FT-470 car that debuted at SEMA in 2002.

Below is a link to some info on the car for anyone who doesn't know what it was, and some pictures of what the bumper looks like on the car. I would almost love to find the guy who owns the car so he has a spare bumper just in case, but I'm sure that will never happen if it even still exists.

This particular prototype is 99% complete made of fiberglass, as was the real final bumper on the car at SEMA. All this bumper needs is some finishing work in a body shop to fill some small crevices and such as can be seen in the pictures and mounting brackets installed. It's currently painted with gel-coat primer.

As of now I'm doing local pickup only in Central NJ as I'm afraid to ship such a cool piece of history, on top of the fact that shipping will be pretty pricey.

Looking for $600

I spent many months looking for this bumper a couple of years back but none were available at the time.
settled for an 03 Cobra bumper since.

good luck with the sale, definitely a unique piece!

Ok guys here's the deal, I just found a house I'm interested in and I need the money and don't want to move this with me. I can't believe I'm dropping this again but $600 takes it.
