Whats the best way to check for a vacuum leak?

there are companies that make smoke testers, thats the best way.

What makes you think you have one.

my 95 gt idles like crap. I replaced the TPS and that didnt work.. I was reading some of the forums on here and some of them said it could be a vacuum leak. when the cars on with the hood open i can here a hissing sound, but dont know were its coming from.
