V6 1/8 track times?

Had a friend and his wife take their brand new '11 M6 V6 with 250 miles on it to the track last night and she was able to crack of a couple of 9.3's with paper tags.

What are some of you seeing at the tracks?

Im not sure if 9.3 is all that impressive. I think thats around a 14.5 or so 1/4 mile time when magazines were claiming 13.7's ?

Shes actually a pretty decent driver.

you have to remember the v6s that were tested in the magazines generally had the performance package on them. Something not available right now on the v6s.

Add that with the heat of the summer and the passes don't sound to bad.
