Upper or Lower Pulley?? - I'm confused

Okay, I am sold on getting the pulley after doing the basic bolt on's and chassis mods but now I am more confused than before. A couple of the well known tuners are now recommending the lower pulley set-up instead of the blower pulley to loose the belt slip. Has anyone done the lower pulley set-up and what boost are you consistently getting?? How easy of an install is it?

I am running the 8lb Lower Pulley with no probs at all. The install is a bi*ch and I average 13-15 lbs of boost across the board. My numbers are consistant with others running the 2.80 Upper and you can keep the stock Pulley cover on and look stock all the same. I am planning on going to a 3.10 Upper soon as I get my Apten Upgrade back!!!
