TX2K20 started off interesting. During test and tune on Wednesday, made a pass, then on top end of the track it felt and sounded like I dropped a cylinder. Limped it back to the pit checked everything and found the EGR return blew off the header. Found another set locally. Hauled butt and picked them up and proceeded to replace the header in the pit in a couple hours. I ended up qualifying #2 in the Champ bracket. I though I would have made the Pro bracket but was happy overall. I was battling throttle pedal issues all week. It is a little too far from where I am sitting. So on the hit, my foot would come off full throttle until top of first. Killed my reaction and 60ft. I need to adjust for the next event. I made it to the 2nd round and gave the race away. I slept on the tree and was killed by the hole shot victory. All in all I am very happy with how the car is performing on a 4” pulley. Will work out some bugs and turn it up soon. Here is a video my brother recorded from speed video.
