Twin turbos, with C.A.R.B.?

I made a post about vortech s/c as well Click here for that post but am also very interested in a nice twin turbo set up, as I believe it is a great soruce of "free power".

The city I live in, and those surrounding, are EXTREMELY strict and cracking down on parts without C.A.R.B. numbers for california emissions.

Are there still any companies that make a good product who have a tt kit with a carb number on it?

I do remember Incon making a kit with what I was looking for, but was also told they are mostly a thing of the past.

Best thing I can tell you to do is call Carson at ITS turbo and speak with him. Other wise your SOL on a turbo kit with a CARB #. unless you hold out and search for a used Incon kit. if you any ? please let me know.
