Thanks to all who have followed the never ending saga of Postbans returned Turbo Kit. We have extensivley tested the returned parts to ascertain what happened and why. Here are the results so far:
1. All pipes fit into their respective manufacturing jigs fine, excepting one downpipe that is off by about 1/8 to 1/4" on one end. Nothing to cause such issues.
2. Kit reinstalled on test car and fits fine.
3. These two being completed left us at a loss for the reasons for all the difficulty.
4. As a last resort we took the K member and put it on a flat surface and measured it against a brand new one out of the box. Came up with differences that we can not accept nor explain. I communicated with the President of QA1 and their tech support gurus and that K member is en route to them for their quality inspection, re-measurment and report to follow.
Turbo HorsePower will contiunue to deliver Quality Products and excellent Customer Service. When we don't we will find out why and correct it.
