It wasn't one of your options, but I like Rob at RWR Motorsports.
I have no first-hand experience with the shops you mentioned, but I've heard good things about both. Based on what I've heard, I'd probably go P&P followed by Finishline.

RWR isn't able to tune my car due to time constraints. Thanks for the input
That's unfortunate, but I understand. I don't think you'll go wrong with either of the other shops.
Who did you end up having tune your car? What did RWR Tell you, when you called? Just Curious...
I had my car tuned at FLP by Drew. Shop was very helpful to me and insured my car was tuned, numbers exceeded my expectations! I would reccomend them. If you have any questions, PM your number and I will call you back.

I ended up using Scott from P&P, nothing but good things to say about his service and him personally.
To be honest, I didn't really like dealing with Jonny each time I went over to Finishline, which I wasn't surprised to hear is a pretty common complaint.
