Tune with new TB/PL?

If I install a Dragon TB/PL in place of the OEM TB/PL will it require a tune to correct the A/F ratio?

Tried search found no answer. Thanks in advance.

I heard yes. I was also told that and aftermarket T.B. can also cause your stock MAF to peg.

According to Jared at Lethal Performance, no additional tuning is required for the installation of a TB/PL. It probably wouldn't be a bad idea however...
