Ordered this tank from lethal a while and finally getting around to install it. Since I haven't seen a write up for a ice tank I'm going to do one. The way i routed my coolant lines is from the pump to the intercooler then to the heat exchanger and then back to the tank.

Started by removing everything out of the trunk and if you have a BAP installed like me then remove the fuses or disconnect the battery.

Then I went to test fit the tank and I had to remove the bracket that your inflator hooks to. It's just spot welded in with a little work with some channel locks it popped out. Then I put a piece of dynamat over the holes and where the tank contacts the body just as a insulator for metal to metal contact.

Next step was to drill the first hole to run the coolant lines. I put my fitting on and marked it using a punch. I just happened to have a hole saw that was the right size. I took a deep breath and drilled a hole. I honestly stared at it for awhile debating on how to run the lines. Just because of the size of them. I'm going to run one on each side and I'll get more pictures as the install progresses.

For the drain it's just parts from lowes. Price was $15-20 and the hole I'm using was already there just pop the rubber seal out.
First hole drilled. Make sure you check where you drill before you drill!! Should've mentioned that earlier. Remove the plastic and I just let it hang there.

You will have to modify it like I did. I used my sawzaw which was way over kill but I didn't have a hand saw. So very carefully cut the plastic.

Cut a strip of the dynamat and put it around the hole. So no chaffing will happen.

Also installed these today.

2nd hole drilled and that's not where I'm leaving the BAP.

Tank and lines are out I was able to do this without removing the bumper.

ran into a small snag I ordered the wrong hose. ordered 1" and needed 3/4" hose so sending that back and hopefully it gets here soon. While im waiting for that to get here ill finish up the wiring and figure out where exactly to run the kenne bell coolant lines.

I ran the power wires and the signal wire for the relay. I'm using the stock pump wiring to pull signal for the relay.

Here is the relay I picked up from autozone. It was wired up crazy so I pulled the pins and reinstalled them in a more sensible way. Now I have it red 12v in, Blk is ground, white is signal and yellow is 12v out.

This is how it was before.

I get my new hoses Tom so I will be installing them after work and finishing up wiring. I'm going to run the kenne bell coolant lines to the heater core line I found a good diagram of which direction the coolant flows which helped a lot. So if you install it there just make sure you have the fitting from line to the super charger the right direction.

Hoses routed. The hose on the drivers side fit in the under the plastic that covers the fuel lines on the passenger side I used a couple rubber clamps to hold it in place

The top line is the feed line and the bottom one is the out. Here's where I tapped into the coolant system.

I just need to finish hooking up the heat exchanger and fill it with coolant.

Very nice, I considered a trunk mount set up but opted for a Moroso inter cooler reservoir because for the two times a year I go to the track I couldn't see cutting up my trunk and I was worried about condensation on the lines and possibly dripping at the track. Keep us posted on IAT's, with that system they should be very low. Just with my little Moroso set up I'm able to get the IAT2 temps under 80* and by the end of the pass they're still under 120*

I used some extra dynamat to close off the outside and trimmed the existing rubber plug and cut a hole in it for the drain.

Routed the last of the coolant line. I used some brass pex fittings from lowes if you use them go 1 size up since they run small. I got 1" fittings and it fit the 3/4" hose perfect.

So we started it up and fans or pump didn't kick on so after some thinking I grounded the the factory harness of the stock pump. So I cut the connector off the harness grounded the black wire and connected the signal wire from the pump to the white and green wire to complete the circuit also replaced the 10a fuse that blew and everything worked like a charm. Ran it up to temp and checked for leaks. Everything is good to go and can't wait to get to the track and see how it helps. Hope this helps anyone looking to install a ice tank

Well after about 6 weeks of sitting most of which were being tdy it's finally back on its own 4. Ride height in the front is 27.5 and I'll adjust if I have any issues and the rear is 28.5. I followed strange recommendations on the front strut setting 1.5 turn extension and 5 click compression for the street. If the weather is good Tom I'll take it out. It does need an alignment something fierce.

Sorry for the dark pictures I must be the last run for the ups driver. I was waiting on some gear oil before I got it off the ramps.
