They've been pretty open about using his tax returns to find a smoking gun on Russian Collison.

Either way it's a gross misuse of the law. You aren't allowed to start investigating someone hoping to find a crime. If that's the new standard it will rewrite or entire judicial system.

Trumps taxes aren’t bad. He will seem like even more of a saint or stand up guy when people see what’s inside.

I bet he had a discussion with his team mid/late 2016.

“You should just show these taxes, Donald. There’s nothing bad here...”

“I’ll show them right before re-election. Let them carry this on for another few years. Let them make a ton of conspiracy theories up. That will look really bad for them when I do release these and people see there’s nothing out of order.”

    “Well, that’s pretty smart.”

    “Thanks.”

    Or something like thats

Ahhh, more republicans who don't really know what socialism is.

I never said anything about voting, but at least he's standing up for what he's asking. That's more than Trump is doing.

If there is something illegal in Trump's taxes, that would have been the IRS's job to find and prosecute. Over the last thirty years I would be willing to bet they would have loved to put a high profile in a Fed country club like they did with Martha. If the Dems can cite a violation of the law, go to court and get a warrant. They have nothing or they wouldn't bother trying to do an end run around the proper legal process.
Honestly, after getting dumped by Mueller, they just look spiteful.

While he may not believe in wholesale government takeover of the means of production, but he is a self-proclaimed "democratic socialist" that has some socialist policies. Single payer healthcare, free tuition for all, etc.

because clinton and obama charge thousands for speeches and write books. Once you are president you can demand outrageous amounts for speeches and everyone wants to read your books. the ones that like you want to read it because you wrote it, those that hate you want to read it so they can rip you apart and point out shit you got wrong. that is where their millions comes from. the clintons also had all that shadyness over their foundation.

one has nothing to do with the other. if you spent more time actually paying attention instead of cutting and pasting long ass histrionic opinion pieces you would know that. the dems have been crying about his tax returns since before he was elected.

he doesn't have to. there is no law that says he has to release his returns. it has been done as a matter of "tradition" not out of legal necessity. he is also allowed to change his mind about releasing them. I am not a huge fan of the guy but he has done some good. I would like him better if he would learn to control his mouth.

Again it isn't free as my taxes would probably go up by a good 60% on the conservative guess to a whopping 95% worse case scenario if this was even implemented

He’s been spied on since Bill Clinton, and his taxes have been a question since he brought up Obama’s foreign birth.

My point was it’s ironic that a guy who just cut taxes for the vast majority of Americans is being billed as an elitist tax cheat when his tax plan hurt rich and upper class individuals much more (save companies which have hired 5 million people).

Black kettle (useless corrupt dems) calling the black pot (useful DJT) bad/useless is laughable.

Also, unless I quote someone with “” I’m free balling and running on memory. That’s also why a decent amount of the time I unintentionally mix up some names or events. Memory is not what it was 5 years ago.

Does it ever get old that that's the best line so many republicans have?

So grade school isn't socialist, neither is high school, but community college would be? Explain that one.

So your streets, snow removal, national parks system, all completely cool and NOT socialist, but god forbid if your tax money went to everyone having decent health care, right? That's all sorts of evil. Poor people deserve to die in the streets? Oh wait, no, they won't, they will walk into the ER and been seen. The ones that deserve to get ****ed over are the lower middle class, busting their ass with 2 jobs, raped by a current healthcare system that puts profits over all....they deserve to go to work sick (thus infecting you too perhaps) because having them go to a doctor without a $75 fee is evil and socialist, right?

...but they won't die in the streets, they walk into the ER, get fixed, pay nothing, and then the hospital and insurance companies jack your premium, so they can get their money. You're already paying for others to get help, you just don't realize it.

The main reason the dems want to see Trump's taxes is because they know it will shock the vast majority of Americans. We are taught from an early age how to work for money, not how to make money work for us. Something most rich business men know very well, and that includes tax laws and loopholes. I guarantee you that Trump pays less taxes that a single person with a 9-5 job making over 6 figures, all legally.

Oh, so let’s let the government take our money and administer health care. Been there. Done that. Fuuuuccckkkk no. They’ll have to hire an army of ****ing morons to answer phones. You’ll be on hold forever. **** that shit. Get disconnected and wait on hold for three ****ing hours again. Gfy. Took me 6 months to get a ****ing MRI through DOL. My “claims” guy sounds like a ****ing retard. Surgery for my shoulder injury back in 2010....a ****ing year. Ya know why it got denied over and over? Doctor put the wrong code next to the description. So the loser government claims people denied it and never told anybody why...for a year. There’s already armies of lawyers to sue the DOL. I guarantee there will be an army of them to sue whatever the halfass government healthcare system is and I’ll be calling them first time the gov screws my kid over.

So gfy with anymore government run bs. Not interested. Everything they do costs too much and takes too long.

Oh and show me someone dying in the street Bernie. Please. One example.

Another liberal who does know what socialism is, but wants to misrepresent it because the truth is very bad for his poorly thought through, populist position.

    Nice try kiddo.

Safety nets don’t make a free market socialist.

Here’s a photo of failed or failing or sliding to impoverished socialist areas of the world. Hint, China and more so top central banking have a heavy hand in pushing socialism and it’s lead to communist take over
    8CD83A5D-36A9-405D-8775-C6E92FB90082.jpeg

I can completely agree that healthcare and many industries in the US and “free markets” of the world are indeed corrupt and basically extort their “customers”

My view is that taking the bait and voting for socialism is exactly what these agents (the industry heads) of corrupt communist causes want nothing else.

I believe when these corporations are eventually bought up and ran by China, they will recieve state ran kick backs that make everyday income look like a sloppy joe sandwich compared to a 5 course fine dinner.

Look at China, 1,429,299,180 people prop up 700,820 millionaires and billionaires. That’s .0005%. Average household income in China is $4000 annually without the money of the top 700,820. That’s not per person, it’s per household.

The US, and it’s abused and extorted free market still holds on to some decent wealth for the majority of Americans. We have a $63,000 average gdp with all earners per person. Not per household. Per person.

We have almost 11,000,0000 millionaires out of 350,000,000 which is 3.125%. We have 520 billionaires which is .00000015%.

The average American’s income without the billionaire represents over $48,000 annually.

Yes, our retail industry is under attack for global and outside infiltrates.

Yes our healthcare has been assualted and extortion is rampant

Yes our agriculture has been exploited and stricken with harmful chemicals simply to expedite and facilitate demand

Yes our education system is stricken with insane tuitions and horrible extortion at the senior level

Yes our government has gotten on its knees and handed over the nations intellectual property and fruits and jewels to bankers, lobbyists, China and communist efforts the world over simply because of corrupt and pressured politicians.

And yet in spite of all this, this nation still stands.

The problem is not free markets. I argue the problem is spineless shill politicians who have sold us out to better their positions of power, influence and wealth.

I remember what my healthcare cost was in 2007. I paid under $150mo for quality healthcare. I never had issues. My claims were quick and easy, my co pays were easy and low. Today I don’t have healthcare. I lost mine when the rates went over $400/mo and the coverage was $5000 first. I haven’t shopped for any insurance this year with much effort.

I have: found much better home/auto/bus insurance in the last 3 month. Saving more than $2000 a month. Thank you Trump for deregulation.

I do frequent that vast and free enough used market run on apps like offer up, let go, and person to person selling on local and state listings. I personally can’t afford retail items too often because I’m in service industry and have innovating hard to keep doors open and continue hiring/building/incentivizing a full crew. That we can choose as a business to pay our crew with bonuses, high starting wage, and gratuity is why we have turned year on year on year 20%+ growth into a machine that continues to grow so hard and not wobble off into disaster.

Now because of the beauty of free (enough) market, we are in a position to hold onto profits and reinvest in our site in cash, not loans.

This doesn’t happen in socialist nations where pay is set and literally almost impossible to even meet let alone exceed the average wages in any given industry. This is impossible in communist countries. Unless you have friends watching out for you, your “business” is a squeezed entity for any money made.

In short, your intuition that things are not right is correct, but the very people who are destroying and poisoning our free markets are the ones behind the push for socialism and communism.

Bernie sanders and others are at best useful spokespersons who may not even know they are being used and propped up.

Take a look at what has happened to nations that pulled out of socialism to adopt free market policies over the last 75 years.

Bankers love socialism and communism because wealth and return is guaranteed almost like a bond or certificate of deposit. 2-3% return is stable money.

Free markets are the 800lbs elephants. Good years see 15-20%+ return, bad years see 25-50% losses.

When a socialist or communist nations “fails” (is consolidated and exchanged to other banking interests for reestablishment) the capital and land is already owned. No loss is realized, debts are written off as losses and money is basically doubled via accounting. When capitalist nations recess, banks have to pump money in.

Banking at the highest levels drives communism and socialism against capitalist and free market economies to produce artificial pressure. If the free market economies get lazy and recess, the communist/socialist model is always there to protect world finance.

My view is we should appreciate the opportunity to practice autonomy to what extents we can and push to establish what is needed to free ourselves from centralized safety nets of elite controls on individual commerce. Free markets can lead to innovations via incentive that make even poverty livable. Socialism cannot.

    My opinions.
