I make a good living, but I feel like most of it’s already spoken for .. A guy I went to HS with and played football with got arrested for robbing banks years ago… He’d knocked over a few before the police caught him. That kinda surprised me, but didn’t really.. He was a funny mfer, class clown, but also rough around the edges.. The dude definitely had it in him.
Robbing banks takes a whole different kind of person to pull off.
The risks are astronomical.
In the early 1990s, an increase in bank and armored car robberies by "Townies" did draw significant attention to Charlestown. Lots of mob presence in a very small neighborhood.

Definitely. I’d say it’s got to be the rock bottom. You see no other option and it’s do or die. You need money quick or that’s the end of your life.
I’d guess that bank robbery is way down now. My wife told me that banks barely keep any cash on hand anymore. Most criminals are smart enough now to try for cybercrime.

Best bank robber who comes to mind is Carl Gugasian. Got caught by sheer dumb luck. Dude was smart af and got away with it for decades. He lived in my old 'hood in suburban Philadelphia. Right down the street from where I went to college. Never got greedy and never looked for huge scores.

Might check this book out. It’s got a good rating.

I've actually read a lot of articles on him. He avoided IRS scrutiny about his annual income by claiming he got the money through gambling winnings. He lived in an apartment complex I know very well. He was an avid martial artist and trained at area schools. I belonged to a few different martial arts schools there as well and often wonder if we crossed paths. Hell, I probably passed him in the grocery store or driving down the street for all I know.

The movie The Place Beyond the Pines mimicked his robbery techniques.

When I ran work I had a finisher that would leave a job at lunch time, rob a bank, and come back and continue working. Then one day he didn't show up for work and we all learned why. Never armed, just messages on paper.

Try it. I’m telling you it works better than the others I have used. The last one I used I didn’t feel shit.
I'll give it a go. My wife and I have been supplementing creatine for a while now. We do the powder version per her request so she can mix it with her beverages. I just scoop it into a cup, add water, and slam it straight.

Bros. I never shill for any company. There’s literally nothing in it for me but I like everything this company makes.
I can’t explain why this creatine works better. The extra ingredients aren’t groundbreaking shit I just feel it 10 times more in my muscles after I’ve been using it for a week or so than any other creatine I have ever tried.

Maybe this will not be your observation, but it’s all I will use and I have tried cheaper brands of creatine in the past and it feels like a ****in placebo.

I’d wager you aren’t feeling the creatine, its effects are cumulative over time as your body reaches saturation/stable levels. You don’t feel it like a pre-workout, just like TRT there is no bolt out of the blue, the benefits are over time. Your muscles will feel more full, you will get an extra rep or two and endurance improves over time.

What you are feeling is the other shit they threw in, probably a vasodilator for pump etc…

Yes but I never come off creatine. So I’ve gotten to saturation levels with the other shit and nothing. I feel zero. I’m taking at least 10 grams a day in one serving.

And with this shit yes the pump during the workout is awesome but then there’s a walking around pump muscle fullness feeling I get with it all day afterwards. It’s not massive like with anabolics but I do notice it.
It just works for me.

That’s all anecdotal and correlation isn’t causation… pure creatine monohydrate is chemically identical regardless of the brand…Its effectiveness is based on the molecule itself, which does not change from one manufacturer to another.

I have gotten a pretty good pump just from being on a higher dose of TRT, 24/7..I guarantee it’s the other shit added to their creatine and not the creatine monohydrate itself.
I am sure you no doubt feel something from add-ons. Hell if I spent that much on creatine I’d try and convince myself it made my dick bigger as well

I've got a tub of the Plus version coming tomorrow so maybe I can be the guinea pig. Also going to try out their preworkout just for kicks. If I'm busting through cinder block walls, then I suppose Bruno might be on to something. lol
