They have those heart jolting things at the gym. I think.
I definitely wouldn’t kill him but he would definitely hate me and wouldn’t be my friend anymore.
But if he took what I taught him away with him and used it at home he’d be good for about three months before he’d need another fix.

This is the proper way to revive a gym casualty.

Worst I ever had was I had a guy that wanted me to train him for legs.
Started with leg curls. Then went into hack squats and then a squat machine. He didn’t want to do conventional squats and wanted me to kick his ass. I asked him. You sure about that? It’s gonna be awful. He wanted to blow his legs up.
Long story shot. We didn’t even make it to calves. He needed help walking to his car. Was ****ed.
Called me up and said when can you train me again?

You know you’ve hit legs properly when you can barely lower yourself onto the toilet to take a shit for the next three days.

Forgot about those high protein waffles and the serving size. It’s 12 grams a serving size which is two waffles so only six per slice.
Not enough but not too bad. Had two waffle tried the sugar free syrup. Just a few drops is all it takes and 3 soft boiled eggs. That’s a total of 30 grams. Not enough for me for one meal. I strive for 40 per meal. So I added in a Greek yogurt which has 15 grams more for a total of 45. Now I’m full enough to digest a little before I hit the gym this morning. Immediately after the gym I’ll have a homemade protein shake with about 50 grams then lunch is another 40 grams so by 1pm I’m up to 135 with about another 100 to 150 to go. Very easy to do.
Today is back and bi’s and I’m buying more Wife Beatahs at the gym. :)

Today I did 2 pieces of the french toast, 3 eggs, and a protein bar.

I'll probably do a shake here in an hour

Publix had big sales today on protein products decided to try this ghost cereal out and the other one. Catalina crunch. That one looks more promising. Serving size is only half a cup so if you compare it to a serving of Ghost it’s better.
Buy one get one for the Ghost. The yogurts were a dollar each and the Quest shakes were 2 for $6.

Got all this for under $40 and saved over $20.
Having a great day. Eating another meal. A turkey burger with 40 grams of protein.

Catalina. Blend it up. It's tough to chew as normal, but blended thrown into the yogurt is bomb.

You'll like the Ghost cereal

I figured for $4 a box I’d have to try the Ghost. Tomorrow’s breakfast. Three eggs soft boiled. One waffle. A bowl of protein cereal. Should get me to 45 for leg day.
If I like one cereal over the other it may end up in the rotation. Srs
I know you are a big advocate of Ghost and I have never tried any of their products so I’ll let you know.
I’m honestly surprised Publix sells all this shit. I had not walked down the cereal isle in decades to look at products.

The beta-alanine and creatine both require saturated blood levels to be effective…if you are only dosing before workouts and it’s not an efficacious dose, then you are pissing money away..

200lb+ man needs about 10 grams daily of creatine and around 3g Beta-Alanine to maintain stable blood levels.

I always laugh when pre-workouts include creatine, shit doesn’t work that way. Pre-workouts have been garbage since they took out the amphetamines. I wouldn’t waste my money.

I am.

Their energy drinks are great.

I also love their “ Gamer” ( focus ) supplement as a morning supplement.

They have a loaded creatine that is great as well.

They also have a great sleep formula.

I just scoop creatine and beta-alanine daily.. a couple of double shots of espresso is all the pre-workout I require. I don’t bother with today’s pre-workouts, they are overpriced and worthless without the speed

Meals this week for lunch was Sams club Butter Chicken with two extra chicken breast thrown in, and red/yellow/orange peppers added. Got 4.5 meals out of it. I always keep 2-3 butter chicken packages on hand as they are quick and easy, just add more breast to increase the meals/bring cost down.

7oz chicken with 5oz peppers each meal
