I recommend you stick to TRT… none of us in this thread is ever stepping on stage and winning a pro card… except maybe for one or two fellas that chimed in very early on in this thread. I think at least one was a pro or damn near that level.

My friends that use tren. They talk to me about the psychological effects. Nope. Won’t work for me. Forget the physiological effects the mental ones make me more nervous.
They tell me what it’s like. How it changes their minds way of working and thought processes and the anxiety it causes and all that and I say no ****in way. One thing though, it works. There’s even harsher more stronger anabolic steroids than tren. Some of my friends are not going to live into old age and they just don’t want to even think about that. Total denial.

Bro as someone who has admitted to mental illness such as depression and anxiety I highly recommend you stick to Test. It isn’t going to change because you feel you have experience with it. Your brain chemistry changes with anabolics and you will get ****ed up again. You’re not going to become a professional bodybuilder so why take the risk.
You could do more to get in better shape than you are. Like.
Quit drinking. Eat cleaner. Not sure of your workout splits and your dedication but could you improve on that? How’s your sleep? How’s your cardio?
If you got everything in order I’d still tell you not to do it because of your past depression.
You seem to be good about hitting your macros lately. Keep that up.

How many times did you hit legs this week. Ded. Fkn. Srs.
On a regular basis 3-4 honestly. I love working legs.

This week. Not that. A lot of shit going on. Especially in personal life. ( my last post in LNC)

Yard bird and rice at this very moment.. while I watch the Raiders and Donkeys play…


Just ate a meal prep chicken, rice and beans bowl.

I’m starvin. I ate six times today. 275 grams of protein. Just had a Greek yogurt to finish the day. About 3000 calories and I could eat another entire meal. I’m ****ed.
Did chest shoulders and tris with abs and walked almost 12 thousand steps.
Can not wait for breakfast. :)


Honestly I hate sometimes. I do the same. Hit my goals. I’m still awake around 10pm .. going **** I’m still hungry haha

What’s your typical split look like.
Three days a week legs. Phenomenal. Four. Most likely too much unless your volume is less each workout.

Volume is definitely less. I never over work. Like what you say you Do .. I definitely don’t.

I lift “ heavy” but never to failure. I life essentially just to not be a fat ****.

If you came to Florida I’d train you for a workout. You’re rich driving around in an Audi and jetting all over the country visiting whores. I’d charge you a hundred bucks and kick your ass. You wouldn’t be able to walk out of the gym. I’m sure of it.
But it would change your life. Srs

They have those heart jolting things at the gym. I think.
I definitely wouldn’t kill him but he would definitely hate me and wouldn’t be my friend anymore.
But if he took what I taught him away with him and used it at home he’d be good for about three months before he’d need another fix.
