So what do you do with the egg Whites?
Sometimes substitute them for actual eggs?
How do you prepare your eggs? I have this oven that can make eggs, soft boiled or medium boiled and they come out perfect.

Three eggs in a pan, add egg whites on top of it honestly just as supplemental calories/protein.

Another thing I do a lot is cook ground beef, and pour egg white on top of that. For same reason.. supplemental calories and protein

Eggs I just scramble em mostly cause its quick easy, and I eat them in a minute and a half anyway haha.

For breakfast... it's nothing but a quick calorie meal for me as I get ready for work.

Throw waffles in the toaster, eggs on the pan.. takes just about the same time to cook up the eggs as the toaster. Throw the eggs on top of the waffles with sugar free Syrup and Honey.

I’ve been eating 5 eggs in the morning with the waffles with no syrup.
I soft boil the eggs and open them on top of the waffles. I may try the syrup.

Sugar free syrup is 10 calories or so, obv zero sugar, and I think mine is only like 2-3 carb.

With our calorie/Protein intake.. I just use it for flavor. 10 calories is irrelevant to me at my intake.

Basically yes.
Both are partial range of motion movements. You’re working only on the top part of the bench press to improve lockout strength.
The board press is more similar to an actual bench press.

Floor presses (benching off the floor) is also an option

4” board press
Floor press
Weighted dips

Core of my tricep work

Those are hard as shit. I hated those and did mostly board presses to up my strength when I was younger. Now I’m all about FULL ROM. Especially in the stretched position.

I was talking to a nutritionist about protein shakes and bars and she told me these are very good quality. Taste awesome but.
They are not readily available in America and are big in the UK.
Not sure why so I went home to try and find them. Online they are way over priced and available on some obscure websites I would not shop on to buy food like eBay.
In stores it says they can be found at some 7/11’s etc. So last night after dinner I went out and looked for some.
Nothing. Never found one so I went back to Publix and bought some other bars I haven’t tried yet. Bought everyone that had 20 or more grams of protein to see which ones I like best and I’ll keep hunting for the Snickers.
I would have figured that a product made by a candy bar company would be pure shit. Guess I was wrong.
I ordered some from Amazon a while back just to try them. They were actually really good. But not good enough for a repeat order.

not at my post...
I saw a guy add chocolate syrup to a carton of egg whites and drink it- claimed it was like chocolate milk with a ton of protein.

I just tried it. The pint of egg whites was 50g and it didn’t taste bad. I’ll probably add this to the daily rotation.

FWIW; dietary cholesterol in eggs does not increase your cholesterol. This is a myth and has been disproven in studies, its impact is minimal and may even increase HDL. Just do the whole eggs, much more nutrient dense.

What did they get you for?
I refuse to order food products from them. Too many chyna knockoffs. I’m silly like that.
Been just eating what’s available locally from brick and mortars.
David bars are very good.

This was a couple years ago. I probably paid $30 or $40 for the box. I'm not as hardcore as most so I stick with powder at this point.

Hardcore goes right past protein bars and powders and goes right into Tren.
It honestly doesn’t make that much difference. Bars. Shakes. Powder. It’s all protein at this point as long as it’s a good quality.

Ps. Don’t take Tren. It can **** you up mentally.

Tren has never been on the menu. The next step for me is getting on the TRT wagon. The funny part is I probably have more overall muscle mass now than I did in my 20's and 30's. Another one of those, if I knew then what I know now....

Don’t hop on TRT unless you have to. First step. Get your bloodwork and read over David’s initial posts. He is the TRT guru here. He knows more than most doctors. If you need to hop on. Hop on. It’ll change your life.

its a commitment for life… I wish I had started sooner, but that said I was doing my due diligence in trying to put it off, making sure it was the right call.

I typically use cables of tricep rom work, constant tension throughout
Using varying angles /positions of the shoulder joint

Dumbbell overhead triceps extension is the GOAT triceps exercise for ISOLATING the triceps.
Elbows pointing straight up towards the ceiling and not flared out. Dumbbell lowered as far down as possible for maximum stretch position and do not lock out at the top. Keeping tension constant.
Controlled eccentric and athletic concentric. Going to failure.

It’s also very good using cables with the rope attachment done the same way. Cable in the low position elbows pointed straight up.

This is the shit I know. I don’t make this shit up.

Dips are excellent going down into the stretch as low as possible but that hits other muscle groups hard. Especially the anterior delts big time. It’s the squat of the upper body.

Again. My area of expertise is hypertrophy not strength training.

Yes sir- if I’m cooking fresh eggs, then I include the yolk. Which is often.

This was just a simple strategy using a carton of egg whites to quickly boost protein. I’ve never bought egg whites in a carton, but I didn’t see any options that contained yolk at H-E-B.
