We always want more. That’s the gym life. Doesn’t matter if it’s strength or hypertrophy you’re after. Once we lose that it’s time to retire.Yeah, it’s respectable. Just want more. Did 430 last year in our little work “comp” we do. Hoping for 450 or so in 2026.
My bench is my weakest lift so trying to focus on that too.
Hoping the TRT helps me loose a little BF over the next 6-12 months. But currently bulking so there’s that.
Me. I’ll never have enough muscle mass. Don’t care about strength.
For your bench do you do all the auxiliary exercises or do you just train bench?
