I had a spare shifter bezel so I gave it a shot with carbon fiber. There's no clear coat on this yet. Gonna finish my burl wood part for my Mark VIII and then have them cleared at a body shop.

Not sure I like it for the interior, but it came out great:

turned out good. I've heard it's pretty tough to do at home

The carbon fiber pattern was pretty easy.

The toughest part has been trying to figure out the right base coat to get it just the way you want. I'm still struggling with the base coat on my burl wood pieces:

how do you get it to look like CF? never used the stuff so I have no clue sorry for being a FNG in plastidippin
