Transmission Problems!

Finally got my rebuild working 100%! Pushing 301rwhp and 297rwtq. Got everything tuned on 93 octane, nearing 600 miles on the engine. I was very happy with everything until a couple days ago. 2nd-3rd gear started grind "ONLY" while shifting into them :fm:. They randomly grind when its cold, and most the time after the car is warmed up, it wont grind at all. I put a new clutch and flywheel in so i know it isn't that. I think its time for another rebuild (tranny), any one know where i can find a 3650 rebuild kit?

What fluid did you fill it with and how much did you put in?

filled it with Mobil 1 synthetic ATF. I took out the fill plug and filled the fluid from the top. as soon as it started spilling out the fill plug i stopped. I think it was around 3.4-3.7 Quarts.
Haven't noticed it grind at all today, it was a bit warmer but not much.

clutch cable adjustment, are you using a stock quadrant?

Stock fill is 3.3 quarts

i got a stock clutch cable, reground flywheel and Exedy Stage 1 clutch.

I despise the aftermarket quadrants, the damn things release way to close to the floor, if possible stick with the stocker, unless it's too weak. BTW I just did a write up on this. Also use the standard ATF as recommended by the manufacturer. That may be your only problem
