Well after reading over several threads and making numerous trips to the dealer without any fix for my car yet, I finally contacted the Customer Service Center and was surprised to see how helpful they have been so far. I called and they contacted the dealer and informed me that i would hear back from a representative within two days. Well two days goes by and to my surprise i actually recieved a call. I talked with the advisor and she put me on a three way call with the service manager of the dealership i would be taking my car to. She also set up an appointment for me to bring my car in and said that she would call both the service manager and myself after the appointment to see if i was satisfied with the outcome. Hopefully they will do something this time to fix the problem. I'll keep everyone up to date on the progress.
