You may need to ooley it in a tune...but not sure you can with yours being vss.
Ford racing may still make a speedcal..dunno.

I would also post a wtb ad in the market forum especially in the 99+ forum.
Some folks may have one kicking around after fixing it (gear change) with a tune instead.

Hey...Maybe even try an ad in craigslist.

The SGI-5 is very different from the Speedcal. Dakota Digital doesn't include the Ford connector so every wire needs to be spliced. The modes are somewhat hard to figure out. The calibration process is interactive rather than switch settings, so it's easier to set. Dakota Digital usually has pretty good technical support.

I wonder if Ford sells a harness repair kit with the connector...?
