Torque Specs and sequence

Hello, just getting my new motor together, I went too ford and they couldnt find the specs and I ve looked at a build thred on here and dont seem to find exactly what I m looking for..

I'd like to know, the main cap with sequence and torq specs, Rod caps, and the head bolts sequence and torq specs

I m not using studs just Ford factorey replacement stuff..

I found the specs. but I just relized the main cap torq specs wont work since I m using a 03 Mach 1 aluminum block..

I thru up a question on the Mach 1 section but if anyone knows the torq specs for the 03 mach 1 block mains it would be very appreciated..
