tool to check ethanol blend?

so i was speaking with a fellow cobra/mustang owner and he said you might want to buy a tool/meter that checks the level of e85 at the pump before you pump it? i am currently swapping over to E85, and i did not know there was a fluctuation in the fuel, or exactly what that means to your tune/hazards in using it unknowing of the exact fuel ratio.

can someone enlighten me and help me to understand. i just really want to know all i need to know before i go spending 1k or more on a fuel system

thanks! that helps a lot. i guess my last question is with wanting to run both, you can have to different tunes, and if you wish to switch back to 93 at any point, you run a fuel run down tune then switch? i have talked to some and feel that it is dangerous to switch back and forth. are most guys just running E85 and sticking with it 100 percent? or do some of you bounce back and forth?

I will be bouncing back and forth but will only do boost applications when on E85. 93 will not.
