Eruption green is like the Bullitt green or lighter? Badass, congrats. I debated on another GT500 also but I got the Mach 1 and I don’t wanna sell the Viper. If you haven’t sat in the Recaro’s yet I would try them first. The bolsters are like GT350R’s and are pretty aggressive, but I’m getting old and fat so I like the fat boy seats lol.
Here is a preproduction ‘22 in Eruption green.
There haven’t been any mustang pics outside in this color but there’s a few YouTube vids of this color on the Bronco.
Those pics/vids (from Ford best I can tell) sold it for me.
I agree these Recaros are tighter but I enjoyed them when I drove a few ‘20 GT500 on track.

Leaning towards silver calipers (green Brembo sticker) and bronze wheels. Wasn’t planning on stripes but this could happen. The dove grey/white interior makes it somewhat difficult but stripe delete is sexy on the S550

This color combo was harder to find than I thought but this gives the idea. That green you got with iconic silver stripes would be choice…. Would help tie in the seats too.

It’s a unique color combo and I feel the calipers and rear taillights will be gone post haste for non-Red versions.

The Mach is good, just changed the oil and headed to Laguna Seca with the Shelby guys to see what this Handling Package is all about! I’ll have 4, 25 min sessions so I’ll be able to destroy the tires at minimum before I put new ones on and drive it to Texas.

Got the text from the dealer GM and he told me they just got in a Mach 1 in Eruption Green so I stopped up after a full morning of hockey and baseball practice. My son hates pics but he was born the week my 2014 GT500 was built and his first words today were “that’s a really cool green”. Can’t wait!

Track pack mach 1 looks good. Not a huge fan of the color. But looks good.
Me either. I'm having trouble warming up to it. Not sure why because I really like emerald green, like on the Bullitt.
IDK.. any color on a 20+ gt500 should look great haha.
I do like the color. Also like those wheels on that Mach. You're just a little over a month away from yours being built and if all goes well you should see it around the middle of July, right?
Not a fan of green in general,..............that green I like,...........may be the sleeper color choice for the 22 MY................congrats on the VIN & build date..

Thanks guys. Yes Bob we would expect to see the 6/13 build week have a delay but if it stays 6/13 then I’ll expect to see it early July BUT I’m trying to arrange picking it up from the plant.
While I was at dealer I ordered a complete set of GT500 calipers to have the color changed and just ordered the new Morimoto rear LED taillights.
Can’t have that green Shelby with red calipers or taillights.
I’ll have tint and paint correction then calipers, tailights and exhaust resonator delete all done within the first week

Front calipers $410 with $50 core rear calipers $327.50 with $50 core.
$1675 total for all 4 stock calipers even paying core wasn’t too bad.

I think the red would look sharp. This color reminds me of Black Jade from my 69 Mach. Many of those came with gold/white stripes. But, a few made it out with red stripes and they were surprisingly sharp and that included red stripes on the seats as well.
