Tire shop in Houston

Does anyone know of a shop in the Houston area that will mount/balance a set of wheels and tires that I bring in and not charge $25-30/tire to do it?

try tiresbydesign.com they are on Space Center I believe near Genoa Red Bluff.....Clear Lake/Pasadena area
I talked them down to $17 per tire....still too much for me so I didn't use them.
NTB is a customer of mine, manager usually does it for me for free or $10-20 total

tiresbydesign came highly recommended by a friend of mine, I just don't want to pay that much.

If they aren't really expensive or nice wheels I usually go to the WalMart in Kemah, they charge around $7 per tire. When I have oversized tires or nice custom wheels I go to the Discount Tire at I45 and FM 518, they have an expensive machine that doesn't allow any metal to touch your wheel and it can handle low profile and/or wide tires. They charge alot though.
