I have been reasearching mods for ever and the ones i listed are the absolute best ways to get to over the 400rwhp mark. As for the ignition and fuel this is what were thinking, cobra fuel pump, 90mm maf, 42lbs injectors, ngk tr 6's. This a good plan?

Cobras dont come with 42's. They are 39lbers. Not sure if you can use Cobra gear. If so you could save allot that way. Theres plenty of stock stuff floating around.
I found my 42 lb injs and 90mm from a Lightning guy. I uploaded the mass air transfer function and installed the injs and she fired right up. You should be able to find injs new for around $350. Have you considered talking to James at RWTD or Herman at Horsepower by Herman. We're all just dreamers and backyard wrench benders. Talk to the pros! Also look into what makes up the S281E since they make around the power level you're looking for. SCT's new mass air may be an option but not sure. Are aftermarket ignition coil(s) offered from MSD, or others, for your car? It will help in idle and higher rpm's.
As for your plan, sounds good. Sounds like what 03/04 Cobras use for the same hp level. Dont rush into your plans. Deals come and go. Do your research.

well from what ive read a stock 90mm lightning maf is the way to go. I hope we find used 42lbs injectors somewhere. Havent considered that yet no. we were thinkin bye the progtam and let carb connection due the rest. The saleen s-281 E is a compleley forged block built heads, and a bigger supercharger capable of alot of boost (18). Its just like the cobra motor (mod machine). And i will look into the coil packs.

So you guys are thinking of using Carb Conn as your tuner? Why not go with a mustang specialist rather than them?
Buy which program?

Sct or Predator what do u think. And getting a tune from rwtd seems to complicated i guess. What exactly did car connection do for you with your predator? either way whatever keeps the car safe im were for it.

IMO the SCT is the next hottest ticket out right now. I may go with it later when I have allot more mods. Carb Conn can do only as much as the tuing device will allow. They dont support the Predator. They did say something about supporting the SCT though.
As for the email tunes. Its very very easy! Ask around. Upload, download. That simple. The other thing is an experienced mustang tuner, noit car tuner, will be able to give you so much more under the curve than the generic tuners out there. Not bashing CC but there are others out there that have been there already. If you feel the need tpo go with CC, check out what theye recommend. What they support.

CC didnt do much of anything for me. I ended up doing the tuning. Its very simple when you can see your a/f ration throughout the rpm band. Add more fuel, take away timing and so on. It's not always thats easy but just to tweak it a bit it is. Keep in mind I did this after James gave me a tune. In the end he wrote me another tune to get it right. Hopefully I'll be able to confirm that tomorrow when I install my wideband kit.

I think asking around will be they way to go. And im liking the sct idea. When it comes down to tuning the car with the sct program we may give rick a call since he seems to be the programmer guy. My fear is that with all those mods i listed, when we dyno the car to get it tuned, it aint tuned and something breaks.

Thats the nice thing about a wideband on the dyno. You can see the a/f mix in real time and let off the gas whenever it gets too lean.

So if the tune is right with a solid safe 11.1 a/f 450rwhp is achievable with the stock block, rods pistons, crank, oil pump, rockers, springs, lifters cams at around 6krpm no higher?
