Ticking noise on Passenger side

A little back story, I installed a 2.9, Bosch 105's and new pump to Run E-85. When I got everything installed and ready to be dynode, we had a misfire. So I replaced all the plugs and proceeded with the tune. The car put down 709 to the wheel. Now I can hear a tick coming from the passenger side head and when I touch injector #2 on that side I can feel the tick better than the rest. I have moved the coil pack from # 2 location to #4 location and nothing changed. I have unplugged the injector with no change. What else do I need to look for or do. I will get a video once the car is back from being painted.

The noise is not so loud that you can hear it with the hood down.

Thanks

Get a long flat head or a stethoscope to pin point where it's coming from.
You can get stethoscopes cheap at autozone or other places. they are much more sensitive to the sounds then a flat head

Hopefully it doesn't turn into my problem with a broke valve spring.l!!
