Here you go…and I "might" be putting my porting pictures back up soon in that thread. These pictures are from early on and they aren't what I sold as the finish inside it was better. You can see the porting though. I would recommend a 120 grit flap wheel for a 1/4" grinder to do your inside finish with and call it done. A smooth or mirror finish does nothing for power. http://s269.photobucket.com/user/posi1/media/rollbarportdeer015.jpg.html?sort=2&o=13 http://s269.photobucket.com/user/posi1/media/rollbarportdeer016.jpg.html?sort=2&o=14 http://s269.photobucket.com/user/posi1/media/Raceport028.jpg.html?sort=2&o=307 I'll add a little "tip". The male spots inside the plenum that are restricting flow can be cut down to less than what they are in height. To make sure you put a hole in the plenum you can simply use a wrench to tap on the plenum itself to hear when it's getting way to thin to cut on. I did that a lot and typically never broke through. If you do put a hole in it just clean it up good and put some JB Weld on it and you'll be good to go.
