JDM Engineering would like to present its Ultimate Saleen Supercharger upgrade kit! This kit has been tested, raced, and driven daily on hundreds of 2005 and newer mustangs for over the past 2 years. The Saleen series VI supercharger is one of the most dominant power adders for a 2005 or newer mustang. This supercharger with additional upgrades has propelled our 2005 Stock Automatic transmission Saleen Mustang test mule into the 9 sec Zone!!
The Saleen supercharger kit comes complete ready to install. Also the unit comes with a twin intercooler system that is designed to keep your air charge temperature cooler while under boost and “aggressive” driving. Our package comes with a complete custom tune from JDM Engineering as well. Each tune is made specific per order and a complete consultation is done upon ordering to get every detail about your car to ensure the tune is perfect! This package also includes a JDM air induction system which is a simple open element air filter kit, 90mm Lightning Mass air meter and Larger air inlet tube from a Saleen Extreme cars. 39 lb/hr injectors are used to ensure the engine is getting enough fuel. With the choice of pulleys you can determine how much power you want to run!! The 3.6 pulley makes about 8 psi boost, the 3.4 makes around 10, and the 3.2 nearly 12 psi. The 3.2 does require a fuel system but the difference in each pound of boost is about 10-15 HP! Each pulley will come with a designated length belt. With the extra boost in the engine you need a cooler firing spark plug. That’s why we include a set of Autolite HT0’s with a pre set gap depending on what boost level your running. The Autolites are a heat range cooler than stock and will allow for the extra boost in this application. The last item but seemingly one of the more important is our vacuum line upgrade kit. It allows the boost dump valve to see boost from the supercharger. In the Saleen instructions it has you route this line to the brake booster where it will not see boost. Doing this will allow the boost to engage quicker and more efficiently. This complete package will have your pony screaming while maintaining a great street manor for everyday use. If its more power you desire this supercharger kit has proven its ground being the fastest twin screw 3 valve blower on the planet. With adequate engine components, fuel delivery, and exhaust flow you can build your car with this kit to see over 600 HP!! Proving this to be one of the most versatile units around.
